Note-
•Either Khayal or Dhruapd can be rendered and participants can sing bandishes and/or taranas.
• Any piece of literature can be made use of, to be sung as a bandish.
• Participants of all categories are encouraged to improvise in the given time limit.

How to submit your video?
Once we have received your registration, we will be sending you an email containing the link to a form to submit your video. You should receive this email from veenadhari.team@gmail.com within 2 days of your registration. In this form you will need to provide youtube link to your video along with your other details.
To upload your video on YouTube, follow the below steps
– Go to Youtube app/website. Login to your account
– Login & Click on the “Video” button at the top of the Youtube app/website
– You will be provided an option to “Upload a video” – click on this option.
– Choose the video to be uploaded and select “Next”
– Create a title – The title of the video should be “Participant Name – Your chosen category(Full) – KalaSourabha 2K26”
– Under Privacy option, choose “Unlisted” from the list of options and then select “Upload”.
Once uploaded, copy the video link and add it to the form.
RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENTS
Results will be announced on our website and Soial Media pages
Participation e-certificate will be sent to all the participants
Winners
Winners will be awarded a Trophy, a Printed Certificate, an Online Performance Opportunity on the Veenadhari Institute of Music Facebook and YouTube pages, and a feature in Kala Conversations – Chat with the Winners.
Stellar Performance Award Recipients
Stellar Performance Award recipients will be awarded a Medal, a Printed Certificate, an Online Performance Opportunity on the Veenadhari Institute of Music Facebook and YouTube pages, and a feature in Kala Conversations.
Merit Award Recipients
Merit Award recipients will be awarded a Medal, an Online Performance Opportunity on the Veenadhari Institute of Music Facebook and YouTube pages, and a feature in Kala Conversations.
All Participants
Every participant who submits their performance video will receive a Medal.

Note: Trophy, Medal, or Printed Certificate delivery is available to any address within India. Participants may provide any preferred delivery address within India for shipment.
General Rules
&
Terms & Conditions
– Only pure Hindustani Classical Music performance is allowed. Any form of vocal performance apart from pure khayal is not accepted.
Film Music/ Semi-classical Music is strictly not permitted.
– Usage of apps like Smule is not allowed
– It should be your individual performance. However, instrumentalists can accompany for support (tabla, harmonium etc)
– Apps facilitating the use of a Tabla and Tanpura are permitted.
– Microphone is allowed.
– Please make sure you have no disturbance while recording
– We encourage all the participants to submit videos that are filmed horizontally, or “landscape”, instead of a vertical fashion.
– Try to have good lighting for your video.
– Please do not send edited videos.
– No change of category once registered.
– Individual feedback will not be provided.
– Payment will not be refunded under any circumstances.
– Full/part of your video may be uploaded on our Social Media Pages
– The number of prizes in each category will be based on the number of participants registered/shortisted in the respective categories.
– There will be no disqualification. The terms and conditions should be followed strictly, failing which negative marking might be applied based on judges discretion
– The decisions taken by the institute for conducting the competitions, declaration of the results given by the Judges are final and no further correspondance will be entertained.
– The institute reserves the right to postpone or cancel either total or part of the competitions if it thinks fit to do so.
If the event is cancelled, money will be refunded.
– A declaration to the effect that the participant has agreed to the terms and conditions of the Institute has to be given by putting a tick mark in the check box provided at the end of the application form
