Procedure for participating
in this Online
Music & Dance Competitions
There are 4 phases
(Timelines given in the next section)
1. Pay and Register –
All major cards(domestic & insternational) are accepted.

2. Round 1 – Send your video recording.
Shortlisted participants will move to the Final round.
3. Final Round – Send your new video recording.
4. Results will be announced on our Social media pages & Website.
Note – Shortlisted participants from each of the rounds will be intimated through email(A link will be provided to submit the video for the following round).Results announcements of both the rounds will be on our website/social media pages.
– The participants videos may be uploaded to Veenadhari Institutes’ social media pages in full or part.
**Winners will be awarded with trophy along with e-certificate of merit and performance opportunity on our Facebook & YouTube pages – Veenadhari Institute of Music**
E-certificate is given to all the other participants and for the special awards

Competitions play a role in motivating students to perform and excel and offer a lot more reward than just the winning prize. Competitions offer a chance for participants to gain substantial experience, showcase skills, analyze and evaluate outcomes and uncover personal aptitude. Competitions also encourage students to adopt innovative techniques and develop their ideas and skills.

Please Note : You cannot perform the same item in the next rounds.(If you get shortlisted).
The Finale Round will also require a Video Submission.
This is because we have received quite a lot of requests related to network issues if conducted as a Live Finale Event.
Considering these requests and ensuring that there should be no external impacts(beyond our control) impacting the performances, we have decided to go ahead with Video Submission for the Finale Round also.
Please Note – We will be able to courier theprize and certificate to the winners to any Indian address only
