FINALE ROUND – Video Submission

Below is the form to submit your video. In this form, you will need to provide youtube link to your video along with your other details.

To upload your video on YouTube, follow the below steps

– Go to Youtube app/website. Log in to your account

– Click on the “Video” button at the top of the Youtube app/website
– You will be provided an option to “Upload a video” – click on this option.
– Choose the video to be uploaded and select “Next”
– Create a title – The title of the video should be – Gaana-Natya Siri 2K24 – Participant’s name – Category(Full) – Finale Round
– Under Privacy option, choose “Unlisted” from the list of options and then select “Upload”.

Once uploaded, copy the video link and add it to the form.

General Rules

Terms & Conditions

 

– Metronome or any equivalent app allowed for taala support

– Shruti box/Tanpura/Tambura is allowed

– Karaoke is allowed

– Usage of apps like Smule is not allowed

– Microphone is allowed

– It should be your individual performance. However, Accompaniments are allowed for support (not mandatory) 

– Please make sure you have no disturbance while recording

– We encourage all the participants to submit videos that are filmed horizontally, or “landscape”, instead of a vertical fashion 

– Try to have good lighting for your video

– Individual feedback will not be provided

–  You cannot perform the same item in the next rounds (If you get shortlisted)

– Full/part of your video may be uploaded on our Social Media Pages

– The number of prizes in each category will be based on the number of participants registered/shortisted in the respective categories.

– There will be no disqualification. The terms and conditions should be followed strictly, failing which negative marking might be applied based on judges discretion

– The decisions taken by the institute for conducting the competitions, declaration of the results given by the Judges  are final and no further correspondance will be entertained. 

– The institute reserves the right to postpone or cancel either total  or part of the competitions if it thinks fit to do so.
If the event is cancelled, money will be refunded. 

– A declaration to the effect that the participant has agreed to the terms and conditions of the Institute has to be given by putting a tick mark in the check box provided at the end of the application form

  • Please make sure the details you provide us are correct
  • Duplicate submissions will not be considered
  • Please do not submit the form for any other category other than the ones you have registered for


Note – If a document/ID has participant’s name, participant’s age and participant’s country mentioned on it, the same document/ID can be uploaded for both the fields – Proof of country of residence and Age proof.

PS – Once you have submitted the form, you will be redirected to the thank you page – You have successfully submitted your form for the Finale Round of Gaana-Natya Siri Competitions.

Results will be published on our website.

Please Note –  For the results, we will sum up the scores from both the Rounds for picking the Winners in each Category.
